Customer Success Day at Kwara

At Kwara, we have always believed that the success of our customers is our success. With this core principle in mind, we recently hosted a Customer Success Day at our office on the 18th August, 2023. We brought together several Savings and Credit Cooperative Societies (SACCOs) that utilize our core banking and mobile banking channels. The event was not only an opportunity to celebrate our collective achievements but also a platform for sharing insights, forging connections, and fostering collaboration.

Customer Success Day was a vibrant celebration of the partnerships we’ve built over the years. Our office was buzzing with excitement as representatives from various SACCOs and prospective partners joined us. The event kicked off with a warm welcome from our team, setting the stage for a day filled with knowledge-sharing, networking, and inspiration.

Strengthening Relationships

One of the primary goals of Customer Success Day was to strengthen our relationships with our valued SACCO partners. We believe that the key to mutual success lies in open communication and a deep understanding of our customers’ needs. This event provided the perfect opportunity for us to listen, learn, and grow together.

Throughout the day, we organized informative sessions to showcase the latest advancements in our core banking and mobile banking channels. These sessions allowed us to highlight the features and benefits of our products while also providing a platform for SACCO representatives to share their success stories and best practices.

Can you describe your initial expectations when attending Kwara’s Customer Success Day?

When I first stepped into Kwara’s Customer Success Day, I had high hopes of gaining practical insights into product development and integration. I wanted to understand how seamlessly we could implement new products within our financial framework, backed by comprehensive reports for strategic decision-making. Financial institutions constantly evolve, and I was keen to gauge Kwara’s efficiency and its adaptability to the ever-changing business landscape.

What were the key takeaways or lessons you learned from the knowledge-sharing sessions at the event?

The event was a treasure trove of knowledge. I discovered how to streamline fees on loans and penalties, reducing the chances of accounting errors. Additionally, I learned how to generate crucial Sacco reports through Kwara’s core banking system. A standout lesson was the efficiency of mapping new products, particularly Instant Loans, which promises significant benefits for our organization.

Were there any particular insights that stood out to you? Could you elaborate on some of these new ideas and how you plan to implement them at Mediators SACCO?

I was particularly struck by how Kwara’s system can significantly reduce paperwork. Features like online loan applications and automatic bill settlement have the potential to enhance operational efficiency. Embracing these features will free up time for strategic planning and exploring new growth opportunities. I’m committed to making the most of these untapped opportunities.

From us at Kwara, Customer Success Day was a “day of celebration, collaboration, and inspiration.” Can you provide specific examples or moments from the event that encapsulated this spirit of celebration and collaboration?

Meeting the brilliant minds behind Kwara’s FinTech developments was inspiring. Engaging with the entire Kwara team, including David Hwan, the Cofounder and COO, the engineering and product team members, this fostered a sense of collaboration that left a lasting impression.

How do you see Mediators Sacco’s partnership with Kwara evolving, and what are your expectations for future collaborations or events?

I am amazed by Kwara’s rapid evolution into a leading FinTech provider that efficiently accommodates market demands. I envision deeper partnerships and collaborations between Kwara and Mediators Sacco, contributing to our Sacco’s growth in an ever-changing business landscape.
